Here at Kia’s Painting we offer a wide range of services. We can take care of all your interior and exterior needs. Interior jobs usually include moving of furniture and personal belongings, covering of floors, lights, tables etc., patch and caulking, painting (brush and roll or spray finishings), demasking and disposal of garbage, final walkthroughs. Exterior jobs usually include pressure washing with a mold and mildew treatment, prep (sanding, caulking, patching, masking), painting (brush and roll or spray finishings), and final walk throughs.
When should you paint your house?
Although paint manufacturers tell you how long a paint job should last, there are alot of factors to consider. Do you live by the ocean? Is there alot of rain where you live? Do you have kids or pets? what kind of materials did you use?
Everyones idea of “looking good” varies, but at the first sign of any failing paint or caulking or holes is usually a good time to give me a call.

Lets face it paint jobs can be very expensive. In todays market paint has gone up 4 different times in 2022. Also with covid and the economy taking a hit not alot of people have money to spend on a paint job. We offer reasonable and affordable rates that are comparable to other companies. How to keep the cost down?
Although paint jobs can be expensive they're things to do to keep the cost down. One thing is not to wait too long, if your house is fading, cracking, chipping, or has holes in it then its not going to get any cheaper then taking care of it now. Another is to be flexible in what you want, the more colors you have the higher the price is gonna be.
